Our Warranty program requires the contracting organization to be qualified by Anabec and requires all of the personnel performing the work to complete the on-line Anabec application training. 

For each project that a warranty is requested the On-site Project Supervisor must:

• Certify the job sites adherence to the General Instruction for the Application of Anabec Product Systems.
• Document the site activity using Anabec's site checklist and photos.
• Perform surface testing as required by the project activity.
• Complete warranty paperwork and submit to Anabec, Inc. in a timely manner.

There are 2 Anabec Warranties.  Each one requires a specific warranty document and supporting document as per the Warranty. Download the warranty you want to issue and submit all the completed paperwork to Anabec.

1. The 30 year Post Remediation Warranty is for use after the application of the Advanced Cleaning Solution and X-70 plus on unfinished building materials following mold remediation.
2. The 50 year New Construction Warranty is for use after the application of the NewBuild 50 on new unfinished / uncontaminated building materials.
